The participants will appreciate during the proposed circuits the richness and the joys which offer the paths and undergrowth of the communes of Rocque, Hermival les Vaux, Ouilly du Houley, Firfol and Lisieux. This day allows mountain bikers of all levels and all ages, elites, passionate or occasional mountain bikers to mix and compete on one of the most uneven circuits of the region and the most unusual by its crossing in the animal park of the Center of Studies and Zoological Research Augeron.
