Trail urbain et rando pédestre

The Lisieux Trail is made up of two events, 14 and 8 km long, which take place entirely in the commune of Lisieux, in a single loop, mixing paths and asphalt in a balanced way, and passing through surprising and unusual places such as the arboretum, the basilica and the banks of the Touques.

The 1st race takes place over a 14 km loop, with a 250 m vertical drop. It is open to juniors and above. The course is totally trail-oriented, with very few roads open to traffic. It is perfectly signposted, with numerous marshals to optimize safety. A refreshment station is provided at the halfway point.
The 2nd race comprises a single 8 km loop with a 100 m vertical drop. It is open to cadets and above. The course has been designed in the same spirit, and will enable all runners to express themselves in a shorter format.

The start will be common to both races. It will take place at 10:00 a.m. in the vicinity of chemin d?Assemont. The finish will be in the Mosaïc gardens. A walk will also be organized on the same course, with the start delayed by a few minutes (the walk can be done on either the 14 km or the 8 km course).
